Just a note to say many thanks for coming to our rescue to get our A/C system operational in time for our guests arrival. In this difficult business climate we find ourselves in here in Queenstown, it is fantastic to know that our longstanding business relationship means you can give me this service, particularly when the A/C system wasn’t even installed by your company.
I also wanted to you know that Aaron was absolutely fantastic - having to fault find a system he had not worked on, he was pleasant and very helpful and in my opinion went above and beyond, not just the bare minimum.
